We just wanted to say a quick hello and keep you in the loop as to what’s happening at the practice. We are sure you have had more than a few COVID-19 updates already, and so we will try and keep this as short and sweet as possible.

Where do we stand?

Our situation is changing hourly, but here is where we stand at the moment - we have been told that we must limit our treatment to emergency services only. This means that all cosmetic/ non urgent / brace appointments etc. are unfortunately postponed until further notice. If you are in pain, or think your treatment will class as urgent, call us and we will see you as soon as we can. 

We understand that many of you will have treatment specific questions for us and we would like to reassure you that, as always, our phone line is open from8am to 9pm 7 days a week (0151 722 0618). You can also email us at info@drrez.co.uk orcontact us on social media.

Making the best of a bad situation

Nobody could have predicted the situation we are in now, and of course we are anticipating our practice to be badly effected as we know many of you have been too. But, we are also very aware that there are so many people in our beautiful city, country and world whose struggle will be much worse than our own. Over the next few weeks we will be donating to charities assisting those hit worst by the effects of COVID-19, and we would like to pledge £1 on behalf of each of our patients. Please let us know if you have a preference for where your pound should go:

  • R Charity - Supporting the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen hospitals
  • The Trussell Trust - foodbanks across Liverpool

In addition, now that we will have some spare time on our hands we will be available to help you in any way that we can. If you can't get to the shops, or have run out of supplies, please give us a call and we would be delighted to deliver whatever you need to your door. We will of course keep this contactless, but give us a wave from the window! :)

Keeping in touch

Anybody with an appointment in the next few weeks will receive a phone call from us shortly, but as you will know, appointments at Dr Rez are sometimes as much about having a good catch up as they are about your teeth! We want to keep in touch with you all now more than ever during this difficult time of isolation. Myself and Rez will be available on for chats on the phone / video calls /emails between 8am and 9pm daily - so just let us know when you're free for a chat!
